CTRL
is a configurable software. It can control:
800 digital I/O lines
100 flags (software switches of '0' or '1')
8 channels of 12 bit Analog to Digital
8 channels Digital to Analog
8 axes of motion (stepper or servo)
The serial COM ports on the PC
CTRL
has built-in Tracking, Logging, SPC charting, Alarms
and Fault management. It features a rich set of commands to perform
popular tasks. These include
various real world actions, like the CYL command
which activates a cylinder
while monitoring its limit switches. Other commands
are used for program flow control and include LOOP, DELAY, IF and many
